Once you’ve unpacked your Veloz portable gas pizza oven and familiarised yourself with everything, you will need to set it up and connect it to your pizza oven gas cylinder.
The Veloz gas pizza oven has been specifically designed to be set up and running in just a few minutes. The first thing you need to do is fold out the oven’s three legs and stand it on a level surface.
Next, take out the instructions and the AAA battery from its plastic bag. Unscrew the pulser button and insert the battery with the positive end first. Then screw the pulser button back into place.
Start by connecting the open one end of the hose to the 37mBar regulator. Push and twist the hose on firmly, then use a screwdriver to tighten the clip.
Next, push and twist the hose onto the gas inlet at the back of the oven then tighten the clip with a screwdriver.
Press the regulator down onto the gas cylinder valve and turn the switch into the locked position. Now open the cylinder valve. The 27mm diameter Veloz regulator is compatible with large propane tanks normally used with barbecues, as well as 1lb propane tanks along with a suitable adaptor. It is not compatible with natural gas.
To ignite the Veloz, simply push in and turn the control knob. You need to wait for a click before the burner ignites. Ensure the Veloz control knob is set to maximum and leave your portable gas pizza oven for 10 minutes to allow it to reach optimum temperature. To cook pizza, turn the temperature down to low and you are good to go.
