The ultimate repair kit for your wood-fired oven. Our complete oven repair kit includes everything you need to keep your Fuego wood-fired oven in pristine condition. Our clay ovens do need periodic maintenance to keep on top of any cracks, rust and general wear and tear that all outdoor ovens are exposed to.
Internal Cracks
To fix any internal dome cracks, the kit includes one tub of refractory mortar and one tub of clay powder to seal any internal cracks your oven may develop through use. The clay powder helps you blend the colour of the black mortar with the existing clay finish.
External Cracks
The kit also includes a tube of fire cement and two tubs of general grout repair filler to fix all external cracks or any chimney bricks that may become loose through expansion and contraction.
Metal Components
The kit also includes a spray bottle of heat resistant black paint to keep your cast iron door, damper, chimney flue and cap looking like new.
Cleaning Products
The bundle also includes an oven glass cleaner spray and a tub of chimney and flue cleaner to ensure your flue is free of any soot, tar and debris.

The Complete Oven Repair Kit wood-fired oven comes in 6 sizes; 70, 80, 90, 100, 110 and 120. Please see the capacity diagrams below for each size.
The 70 can fit up to 1 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 1 x roast at one time, or 4 x loafs of bread at one time.
1 x Pizzas
The 80 can fit up to 2 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 2 x roasts at one time, or 6 x loafs of bread at one time.
2 x Pizzas
The 90 can fit up to 3 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 3 x roasts at one time, or 8 x loafs of bread at one time.
3 x Pizzas
The 100 can fit up to 4 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 5 x roasts at one time, or 10 x loafs of bread at one time.
4 x Pizzas
The 120 can fit up to 6 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 8 x roasts at one time, or 16 x loafs of bread at one time.
6 x Pizzas
The 140 can fit up to 9 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 10 x roasts at one time, or 24 x loafs of bread at one time.
