Our Fuego internal clay powder is the finishing touch when repairing any internal cracks with Vitcas refractory mortar. The powder covers the mortar filled cracks to blend the colour of all internal repair.
Our product is extremely easy to use. It is delivered as a ready-to-use mixture that you sprinkle on the mortar when it starts to set.
Stir contents of tub thoroughly before use. There may be some liquid on the top of the material received. This liquid should never be poured away but thoroughly mixed back into the whole bucket of material before removing any for use.
All surfaces for which Vitcas Vitset is to be applied should be clean and free from grease, dust and dirt.
Apply to the areas to be joined by making sure that the joints are totally covered with a bed of Vitcas Vitset. The recommended joint thickness is 3-5mm.
Do not mix any other material with Vitset.
Thoroughly clean tools immediately with water after use and replace the lid on any unused material.
Drying and hardening will be helped by the application of gentle heat as soon as the work is completed. The setting time is 24 hours at 20°C (increasing temperature will reduce the setting time).

The Fuego Internal Clay Repair Powder wood-fired oven comes in 6 sizes; 70, 80, 90, 100, 110 and 120. Please see the capacity diagrams below for each size.
The 70 can fit up to 1 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 1 x roast at one time, or 4 x loafs of bread at one time.
The 80 can fit up to 2 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 2 x roasts at one time, or 6 x loafs of bread at one time.
The 90 can fit up to 3 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 3 x roasts at one time, or 8 x loafs of bread at one time.
The 100 can fit up to 4 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 5 x roasts at one time, or 10 x loafs of bread at one time.
The 120 can fit up to 6 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 8 x roasts at one time, or 16 x loafs of bread at one time.
The 140 can fit up to 9 x 12" pizzas in at one time, 10 x roasts at one time, or 24 x loafs of bread at one time.
